Buyers immediately receive the benefits of the information that we provide. We allow a potential buyer to examine the report formats that are available for each hospital prior to purchase. Further, we caution the buyer that data is reported as received from federal sources and that there are no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of data for a particular purpose.
Refunds will not be provided for failure to review and understand product samples, functionality and the terms of service prior to purchase. If, however, our subscription service fails to perform as described we will give a prorated refund based on the months remaining. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction and we strive to continually enhance our service based on the needs and interests of our customers.
